Effective December 5, 2016, the North Carolina Residency Determination will no longer be made by Warren Wilson College, but instead will be made by the State through its Residency Determination Service (RDS) website (ncresidency.org).  All continuing students who are not graduating May 2017, who are currently receiving the North Carolina Need Based Scholarship, must complete Residency Determination on the RDS website.  All new students must complete Residency Determination on the RDS website.
