Faculty and Staff Payroll
The Payroll Department is responsible for wage payments to all Warren Wilson College employees and students. It is our function to remit earnings as promptly and as accurately as possible while observing federal and state regulations, in addition to internal policies and procedures. We are also tasked with deducting and remitting various voluntary and involuntary deductions, in the form of income taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
The Faculty and Staff Payroll is processed for payment on the 15th of each month. Please keep in mind that ALL required paperwork must be completed and submitted to Human Resources before payment can be made.
Please click here for the hourly staff pay schedule where you will find the dates by which time cards must be submitted to and approved by supervisors in order to ensure payment on the correct pay dates.
Any supplemental payment requests or documentation for payroll changes must be received by these dates in order for the payment or change to be made on the next pay date. Supplemental ayments will be included with your regular direct deposit. Please note that all required signatures must be obtained in order for supplemental payments to be processed.
